  1. Asalam Aleikum

I just have to say as a muslim this is by far the best educational site i have come across so far that deals with Khalifate system of governance. Inshallah i hope that one day we muslims become united & establish the Khalifate once again & i would also like to thank the people in charge of this website for their efforts

    Waleikum Salam

  2. salamunalaikum!

    Mashallah!!!

    Absolutely Fantastic and Marvelous work.

These chart's will take the shape of reality soon InshAllah.

  3. if only every site gave nice little diagrams like this.

  4. salam, masha allah alaik for the wonderful work. 1 comment; to make it more efficient i think we could do away with the "ASSISTANT CALIPHS" as it poses a threat of internal instability and the assistant caliphs are human and there are no real counter balances to their power. i hope you, my dear akhi can answer me and give me something that i can ponder about. jazakallah khair

  5. All the elements of this organisation chart are based on the sunnah of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم when he ruled Medina.

The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم appointed two Wazirs (Delegated Assistants) who were Abu Bakr and Umar. When Abu Bakr was the Caliph he appointed Umar as his Wazir. These appointments caused no problems.

The reason Assistants are needed is because the Caliph cannot run the state on his own. Its correct that because the Assistants are very powerful we should limit their number but they will be needed.

The counterbalances to the Assistants are the Caliph himself, the Mazalim court and the Majlis ul-Ummah who can all account and remove the Assistants.

  6. Perhaps a description or flow chart would be beneficial to show how the internal functions are processed through the the model?

  7. THE WORLD OF ISLAM, BACK TO TRIBAL UNITS: O mankind! We have Created you from a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes...( سورة الحجرات , Al-Hujraat, Chapter #49, Verse #13) Qur'an.[] While the rest of the world is moving into the direction of individualism we must move in the direction of tribal allegiances and the chiefs of the tribes are the ones that give bayah to the Khalifa. We should not have things like City Councils or State Senates in the Khilafah, but tribal meetings.[] Reverts are free to marry into any tribe they wish, inn shaa Allah.

WHAT IS A WISDOM IN THE WORLD OF ISLAM REVERTING TO TRIBAL UNITS, WITH THE TRIBAL CHIEFS GIVING THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE KHALIFA? O mankind! We have Created you from a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes...( سورة الحجرات , Al-Hujraat, Chapter #49, Verse #13) Qur'an.[] The Tribe is joined together by blood ties, it is a family unit and there is cohesion based on notions of familial relations. When the tribal chief gives the pledge to the Khalifah the rest of the tribe perceive it as a wise and elderly grandfather doing what is best for the family; cohesion is maintained and dissent is mitigated. Allahu 'Alam.
